HindiGap Media & Technologies is hiring an Online Calling & Email Support Executive to handle customer communication through phone calls and emails. The candidate will assist customers, respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide information about company services.
This role is suitable for candidates with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Respond to customer emails professionally
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and services
- Maintain communication records and customer information
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
- Assist customers with basic service-related questions
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all communications
- Generate and manage customer leads when required
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional email writing ability
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- MS Office and Google Workspace familiarity
