Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls
- Explain company services and provide basic information
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Follow up with interested clients and users
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Build positive customer relationships through communication
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
